We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join a team focused on creating and maintaining an application that supports victims of terrorism and work-related accidents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and refactor Java code, ensuring high-quality software solutions.
* Write and execute unit and component tests to ensure the stability and reliability of our application.
* Collaborate with architects on solution design, leveraging your expertise in software development.
* Automate and maintain integration and E2E tests, streamlining our development process.
* Prioritize and address bugs, contributing to user acceptance testing to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
* Strong experience with Java, XML, REST, SOAP, SQL, and Spring frameworks.
* Familiarity with UML, BPMN, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Git.
* Agile methodology experience, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
* Experience with test automation and mentoring junior developers, fostering growth and knowledge sharing.
Other Requirements:
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in software development.
* Knowledge of systems for compensation and pensions is a plus, enhancing your overall understanding of the industry.
* Availability to work full-time with 2 days a week on-site in Brussels, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Languages:
