Job Description
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

•Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 24 hours per week.
•Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
•In addition, during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
De Key Lead is verantwoordelijk voor het garanderen van een hoogwaardige winkelervaring voor alle klanten. Dit gebeurt door op te treden als Floor Supervisor, waarbij begeleiding en coaching wordt gegeven aan Brand Representatives en Stock Associates om ervoor te zorgen dat de winkelactiviteiten soepel verlopen. De Key Lead maakt deel uit van het leiderschapsteam van de winkel en is verantwoordelijk voor het stimuleren van de prestaties op de winkelvloer door middel van klantbeleving en het behalen van dagelijkse verkoopdoelstellingen door het team.

What it Takes
•Education- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
•Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
•Supervisor/ Managerial Experience- No supervisory/ management experience is required.
•CEFR B2 Fluency in English & Dutch, required

Wat het vereist
•Opleiding: Middelbare schooldiploma / G.E.D. gelijkwaardig wordt aanbevolen.
•Retailervaring: Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in de detailhandel is gewenst.
•Leidinggevende Ervaring: Geen leidinggevende of managementervaring vereist.
