Your Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with expertise in building performance analysis and experience in construction. The ideal candidate will have an agile mindset and possess the following abilities:
1. You have the ability to analyse the building''s alignment with European taxonomy, focusing on energy performance and PEB. This includes analysing existing technical installations and the building envelope (facades, roof, etc.) through plans and site visits.You have the skills to identify potential energy improvements and describe them in a pragmatic and comprehensive report with recommendations.
2. You have the capability to estimate Capex, kWh savings, and CO2 reductions associated with the recommendations using various internal tools.
3. You have the expertise to assess the impact of recommendations on the PEB.
4. You have the ability to study the building''s resilience to climate change stress, including risks such as flooding and overheating, and provide relevant recommendations.
5. You have the skills to determine the building''s position on the CRREM curve based on its CO2 emissions and identify retrofit recommendations to stay below the decarbonisation curve.You have the capability to analyse the current building performance in terms of comfort and well being, considering criteria from Breeam in Use and Well, and assess the impact of recommendations on the level of the label.You have excellent communication skills and are in regular contact with clients to fully understand their expectations, explain our recommendations, and act as an intermediary with the companies carrying out the work.
6. You validate and provide guidance on sustainability related activities to ensure they are in line with the company''s sustainability strategy and objectives.
7. You serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders regarding sustainability initiatives within
