As the
Marketing Executive Digital Education, you will be an integral part of the regional EMEA Marketing team, supporting both the EMEA Leadership and country organization. Your role as the main regional point of contact for all operations related to the Vantive Learning Services (VLS) platform will enable you to be central in contributing to the successful development and deployment of the platform. This will include driving widespread adoption within the EMEA region. The responsibilities may expand over time to include other cross-functional digital marketing projects (e.g., website management, support digital campaigns). Travel expected for ≈ +/- 15% of the time in EMEA, with hybrid or fully remote working possibilities within an EMEA country. What you’ll be doing

Master’s degree (or equivalent) in
digital marketing
with
proven experience
in a regional or international role, preferably within the medical device or pharmaceutical sector Extensive experience in managing and developing a Service-Learning platform, as well as building educational content Outstanding communication skills in English Highly capable in influencing, negotiating and utilizing exceptional critical thinking skills Demonstrated project management knowledge working with Agile methodology Excellent cross-cultural collaboration skills with ability to successfully work within a matrix, cross-functional, and geographically dispersed team environment A passion for marketing and digital, with the ability to thrive working in and managing change, as well as ambiguity
