It's international and familial at the same time.Jobomschrijving- Providing support to Partners and Associates- Ability to organise, follow-up, meet deadlines and be an effective but diplomatic gatekeeper- Build a positive working relationship with all internal and external stakeholders both over the telephone and in person- Complex diary management including internal and external meeting organisation, business lunch reservations and global travel arrangements- Expense claim input and follow-up- Efficient In-Box management, following-up in a timely manner- Draft, format and proof-read correspondence, reports, contracts and presentations- Prepare and enter timesheets.
