What the job is aboutAre you looking for a challenge in leading software implementation projects for our customers? The implementation projects have a duration of 6 months to 3 years, with a budget of approximately Eur 800K-Eur 4M. You are part of a multidisciplinary project team of 4-12 team members with business consultants and developers.You will implement 'Miles', an ERP software for automotive finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility management. It is an end-to-end solution that includes front, mid, and back-office functions and can be customized to customer needs.You will:Manage 1 or more implementation projects, depending on the size of the projects.Set and achieve objectives with your team, balancing competing demands for quality and scope, within time and budget.Organize and manage communication flows and reporting, both internally and externally.Possibly combine project implementation with account management for live customers. This means that you will also be handling invoicing.Attend customer events.Discuss customer issues and strategic plans.Your interests and skillsYou have excellent organizational/planning skills and are able to maintain an overview of the different phases and modules. You will sometimes even be managing several projects at the same time.A strong commercial awareness is important. You ensure that the proposed solutions deliver value for both the customer and Sofico. You will also take into account the concerns and expectations of the various stakeholders.Your strong interpersonal skills allow you to manage difficult situations with ease. You do this by using your experience in relationship management and your influencing skills.Your excellent communication skills allow you to convey project and technical information effectively and concisely to provide comprehensive recommendations.What else is expected:Several years of experience with project management and project management methods (PMBOK/Prince2, Agile, Scrum, etc.).Several years of experience with medium to large ERP implementations with the different phases of a software implementation project: from pre-sales phase to go-live; including needs analysis, configuration, development, migration, testing, etc.Experience in the financial sector; experience in the leasing business is a plus.You speak fluent English & German.You are willing to travel to Germany regularly as your customer is based in Germany close to the Munich office.What we offerWe would like to welcome you to an international and multicultural company that has been operating for over 30 years and is doubling in size every 5 years.
