Job Purpose
The job aims at providing expertise and support the Belgium GSK vaccines TRD M&CS Technical Services organization.The expertise is transferred through management, support, learning, and guidance. Benchmarking, risk escalation, and vision for the domain of expertise are given to the different parts GSK.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensures calibration and requalification of critical process equipment used in TRD M&CS (Building WN31 and WN36). In this frame, organize and monitors performance indicators.
2. Ensures the full responsibility of C&M staff. This includes people selection, foremen coaching, personnel training to the required competencies, planning management, the follow-up of what is ongoing and delayed, the elaboration and management of operating and investment budgets, contacts with social partners, as well as all daily aspects of a team's life.
3. Develop, maintain, C&M management processes, guidelines, methodologies, and knowledge repositories in the domain of expertise (Reliability & calibration) to support Belgium manufacturing unit operations
4. Coordinate Belgium network technical expertise for continuous improvement & troubleshooting
5. Assure and safeguard the quality and capability of the manufacturing facilities within TRD M&CS GSK Vaccines through the implementation of robust C&M processes, controlling tools and continuous improvement.
6. Coordinate & ensure proper training, certification in the related domain

7. Degree Qualification in a scientific/Engineering discipline, with further specialist qualification in Reliability & Maintenance
8. Good/excellent communication skills in French and English (oral & Written)
9. Good Knowledge of Lean and Six sigma, FMEA/RCM, calibration methodologies
10. Good knowledge of SAP PM & SAP CM - Deep Knowledge on international regulation
11. 5 years of experience in the domain of expertise and on the top a proven experience 5-10 in pharmaceuticals production
