**Job Brief**
We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Team Leader to support and reinforce our IT Helpdesk as we grow. This role will be instrumental in helping us achieve our goals.
**Responsibilities**
* Manage and organize the IT Helpdesk team of 2-3 people.
* Provide first-line, second-line, and third-line ticketing services.
* Offer expert software support to users, including testing and training.
* Oversee Power BI, Tformer, and CSV processes.
* Assist the team in handling EDI with logistic customers.
* Install and resolve IT hardware issues, network hardware problems, and operating system or virtualization environment issues.
* Administer O365.
* Independently manage projects.
* Participate actively in team meetings.
* Contribute to logistics software development (WMS) and collaborate with the development team.
* Document and optimize work procedures and processes.
* Ensure adherence to technical guidelines and deadlines.
**Requirements**
* University degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, system engineering, or network administration.
* Expertise in Active Directory (MS Windows, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure Ad connect, GPOs, printers, ...).
* Basic knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI.
* Familiarity with communication protocols (FTP/SFTP/OFTP...) and EDI is a plus.
* Knowledge of network administration and Virtualization (VMware vSphere Hypervisor).
* Expertise in O365 administration, good knowledge environment.
* Modern Device Management (Intune).
* Knowledge of security environment is a plus.
