About The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will not only play a central role in sourcing and recruiting the best engineering talent for our clients but also lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team. You’ll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating with teams and clients to meet recruitment needs while ensuring the team’s success and growth. Key responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor the team: Provide coaching, feedback, and strategic direction to the Talent Acquisition team to achieve goals.
* Write engaging vacancies: Craft compelling job postings to attract top talent.
* Actively source candidates: Use diverse channels, including databases, job fairs, and networking, to find the right profiles.
* Screen and interview: Conduct interviews and oversee the recruitment process, including technical tests and screenings.
* Collaborate with teams: Work closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues and business managers to align recruitment efforts with client needs.
* Build relationships: Create and maintain a proactive network of engineering professionals.
* Strategize recruitment efforts: Develop innovative strategies to source and attract top talent while driving the team’s success.
* Negotiate offers: Handle salary and package negotiations to secure the perfect match.
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking a motivated leader with a passion for recruitment and team management. Here’s what we need:
* Educational background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.
* Recruitment experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a technical or engineering context.
* Leadership skills: Proven experience in managing or mentoring a team.
* People-oriented: A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with candidates and colleagues.
* Proactive and driven: You take initiative and are result-oriented.
* Organized and adaptable: You can handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Language skills: Fluent in Dutch or French and English.
* Interest in technology: You’re eager to connect with professionals in R&D and engineering.
