As Talent Specialist your key responsibilities will be:
* Source, screen, and interview candidates for several internal roles
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job ads to extending job offers.
* Oversee day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record maintenance.
* Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Manage employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
* Handle employee relations issues and provide support to employees regarding HR-related concerns.
* Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and other HR initiatives.
The skills we are looking for in our Talent Specialist are:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a (Technical) Recruiter or similar role (minimum 2-3 years)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
