Your Journey with us! As the Director of M&A Strategy at Deloitte, you will drive success for our clients by providing expert guidance on the strategic aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Your responsibilities extend beyond financial optimization to aligning seamlessly with clients' overarching business goals. In true Deloitte fashion, you will lead and mentor a high-performing team specializing in M&A.
The Role
Strategic Advisory Leadership
1. Lead strategic discussions with clients, guiding them through the formulation of M&A strategies aligned with their business objectives.
2. Collaborate closely with executive leaders to shape and refine the Integration & Separation strategy, ensuring alignment with the client’s vision.
3. Oversee strategic due diligence efforts to evaluate the compatibility of potential targets with clients' strategic objectives, leveraging Deloitte's advanced analytics and technology capabilities.
4. Ensure seamless execution of M&A transactions by fostering close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Client Relationship Management
1. Building robust relationships with external advisors and leveraging your network to maximize our client base and cultivate new opportunities.
2. Take charge of M&A business development. Engage with clients, understand their needs, craft compelling project proposals, and present them to client leadership.
3. Lead the expansion of Deloitte's M&A practice across local and international markets. Conduct comprehensive market analyses to pinpoint strategic growth opportunities and potential targets.
4. Drive negotiations with potential targets, securing favorable deal terms and conditions.

1. Lead and mentor a dynamic team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture in line with Deloitte's commitment to excellence.
