We are seeking top-tier managers and (aspiring) entrepreneurs who resonate with our mission and want to acquire a medium-sized company (EBITDA €3M).
The journey of a buy-in CEO includes:
* Shaping, evaluating and driving the company's vision and strategic growth opportunities.
* Taking on the daily management of the company.
* Driving growth through marketing and sales initiatives.
* Optimizing product and service offerings and improving brand positioning.
* Identifying, managing and implementing impactful operational improvements through automation, digitalization, and operational excellence initiatives.
* Providing regular reports to the Companions team regarding the company's performance and vision, while seeking support when necessary.

* We will keep you in the loop of target companies. Once we identify a new buy-in opportunity, we will contact you and send you a teaser. You will then have the chance to express your interest and apply. If your application is selected, a fast-paced selection process will follow, during which we will delve deeper into your leadership capabilities, industry knowledge, strategic insights, and problem-solving abilities.
