Function
* Handle Technical Claims: Efficiently manage and resolve claims via email and phone.
* Troubleshoot Issues: Use your expertise to diagnose and address technical problems.
* Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear, friendly contact with customers throughout the support process.
* Collaborate: Work closely with the Service Manager and stay updated on production methods.
* Support as Needed: Assist with Technical Customer Care visits and contribute as a reliable team player.

* Technical Savvy: You have experience reading technical drawings and understanding electrical and mechanical systems.
* Hands-On Experience: Your background as a service technician has honed your troubleshooting skills.
