ABOUT THE POSITION:
* Initiating the project: identifying the main stakeholders and developing an effective strategy to involve them in the key decisions of the project, defining the project plan on the basis of a preliminary study with an assessment of the scope - costs - deadlines - risks - resources impacts, setting up the project team, etc.
* You structure the project's activities to be able to allocate all the scope elements to the resources competent to carry them out and to agree together on the expectations (Content - Quality - Costs - Deadlines): scope and costs, allocation of Work Packages to managers, Rolling Wave Planning, roadmap, etc.
* You manage the execution of all project activities, focusing on criticalities
* You will play your role in coordinating, preparing and leading project governance
* You protect the scope of the project: management of any changes to requirements and scope, analysis of the impact on the project plan (Safety-Quality-Costs-Deadlines-Risks, etc.).
* You will ensure that a QHSE plan is put in place and complies with the site's current requirements.
* You will manage communication (channels and content) between the project team and key stakeholders (sponsor, internal customers, authorities, etc.).
* You will apply the purchasing process: purchasing strategy, contract management plan (with the support of the Contract Holders), invoice management and approval, management (with the support of the TMs and the Purchasing SPOC) of the operational and administrative closure of the contract (punch list, claim closure, closure negotiations, etc.).
ABOUT YOU:
* You have a Master’s degree in industrial, electromechanical, or civil engineering
* You have at least 5 years of industrial experience et have already worked in a project team
* You have an analytical spirit and can go straight-to-the-point
* You are result-oriented and like to work in team
* Experience in the nuclear sector is a plus
* You are fluent in French and English
