designed bedrooms and suites, the hotel boasts the all-day dining restaurant
STOKE, a stylish bar, and an inviting outdoor terrace as well as
multi-functional and flexible meeting and events spaces.
We are now looking for an M&E Sales Manager to
join our brand-new team here at Radisson
Collection Hotel, The National Brussels. (New opening later in 2025)!

The Internal M&E Sales Manager Role
-Supports the smooth running of the meeting & events, where all
aspects of the client and guest experience are delivered to the highest levels
-Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a
positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution
-Delivers on plans and objectives where meeting & events initiatives &
hotel targets are achieved
-Responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are
controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained
-Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders
-Delivers effective programmes that advance sales and profitability
-Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence
requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented
for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required
As Internal M&E Sales Manager, you will join a team that is

Qualities We Are Looking For In our Internal M&E Sales
Manager:
-Proven
experience in meeting & events and sales with excellent social skills and
guest oriented
- Hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
-Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality
industry
-Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations
-Is a hunter seeking for new opportunities in order to
enhance the overall hotel revenues -thinks out of the box
-Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands
excellence, time and energy
-Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms including SoMe
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
