For this position you would be working with our client from the European institutions. SG, C3 in partnership with other Commission services and stakeholders, provides high quality corporate training solutions, enabling the successful implementation of the Commission's Digital Transformation and EU policies.
Below are the details of your role and requirements.
Your role
* Design, preparation and provision of basic training courses and updating of these courses during the release of applications for all users in the DGs and Cabinets.
* Development and updating of training material (drafting user manuals for the applications for which he/she is responsible, course scenarios and FAQs, development of e-Learning videos and online aids, drafting of web pages, testing of new versions of applications, etc.) in close cooperation with the owners and project manager.
* First-level training support for users, mainly by e-mail and telephone.
* Interaction with stakeholders (customer, users, project owners and the developers).
* Testing when requested by the project owner.

Who we think you are:
* Very good knowledge of MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel, Teams ,etc…),SMT
* Good knowledge of one or more of the following tools: GIMP, ITIL, HTML, Flash, Visio, Confluence, Captivate, Camtasia would be an advantage.
* Proven experience in training is recommended
* Proven experience in the field of end-user support (telephone and online);
* Proven experience in drafting documentation and desirable specifically in training documentation (development and updating of manuals, coachings, course scenario, FAQs, online help, online videos, quick guides, wikis update and testing of new applications)
* Ability to understand, speak and write English and French (proficient) will be essential
* Excellent knowledge of the applications developed by the SG and of the Commission’s IT tools would be an asset.
* Excellent writing and communication skills
