Your main responsibility will be to manage and support our EMEA wide Active Directory domain and services in all its facets, making sure they are always running in good health, secure and up to date. You will work with a diverse and dynamic team of IT professionals who share a common vision and mission to deliver the best IT services to our customers andstakeholders. Main Responsibilities Providing timely and efficient support for assigned operations.Troubleshooting AD / LDAP authentication and authorization issues.Assisting in the management and support of DNS service and name resolution issues and requests.Assisting in the management and support of the Certificate Authority Service.Facilitating an advisory role on application SSOs using AD Federated Services.Supporting L1 and L2 teams, having AD related issues and inquiries.Monitoring and auditing the complete AD environment.Implementing AD security measures.Making sure the Domain Controllers are running the latest version of Windows.Implementing business driven changes and integrating AD management tools, services and applications.Analyse the current AD environment to identify technical and operational challenges and proposing solutions for improvement.Continuously seeking opportunities to improve the existing AD architecture.Independently leading large scale AD and Identity Management projects.Collaborating with senior staff to resolve escalated, complex incidents.Handling communications between the EU and Global AD leaders.Making sure European and Global AD tasks and request are being actioned. Profile Mandatory Qualifications, skills and experience Minimum of 10 to 15 years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least 3 years of experience with managing large scale Active Directory environments and related services, such as, DNS, CA, ADFS, NPS, DHCP, LDAP(S), GPO, Kerberos & Windows authentication.Hands on experience with AD Domain migrations and Domain Controller installations, configurations and upgrades.Solid ITIL service management & SLA reporting experience.Experience in managing 3rd parties and vendors. Desirable Good understanding of Enterprise Architecture, Informat
