The perfect guilt-free alternative for modern, mindful consumption—without compromising on flavor or experience.
Since our launch in 2021, we’ve experienced explosive growth. Today, our beers are available in over a thousand outlets, from supermarkets and hospitality venues to sports clubs and beverage stores across Belgium—and we’re expanding every day, both locally and internationally.
To support our growth and impact, we’re looking for an additional in-field Territory Sales Manager.

* A self-starter who works independently and enjoys taking responsibility.
* Holds a valid driver’s license (Category B) and a bachelor’s degree.
Your Role:
* You are the face and ambassador of Thrive in East Flanders and Antwerp.
* You’re responsible for growing Thrive in your region—by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
* You’ll expand our network by adding new sales points, from trendy hospitality venues and sports clubs to supermarkets and health-focused outlets.
* You’ll build close relationships with current customers, strategizing on brand activations, boosting visibility, and setting up customer campaigns.
* You’ll increase brand awareness by actively participating in local activations.
* Together with the team, you’ll attend trade shows, events, and other activities.
