We are looking for our Sales Strategist to accelerate our expansion!
Projetxion is an agency specializing in the design and development of visual identities and global branding. Through a strategic approach and personalized solutions, the agency transforms every idea into a strong, coherent, and impactful identity.
Main Responsibilities:
* Prospecting and lead generation: Identify and reach out to businesses interested in our services.
* Contact and relationship building: Establish strong connections with decision-makers and understand their needs.
* Opportunity handover: Once client interest is confirmed, Projetxion takes over to create proposals and finalize deals.
* Lead follow-up until conversion, remaining a key contact for prospects.
Important: You will not be responsible for creating proposals; the Projetxion team handles that. Your role is to identify opportunities and ensure smooth communication between prospects and our team.
Ideal Profile:
* Freelance / Independent status.
* Experience in B2B sales and business development, ideally in communication, marketing, or creative services.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Fluent in French and English (other languages are a plus).
* Strong networking abilities to connect with businesses and decision-makers.
* Autonomous and proactive in seeking opportunities.
Compensation:
Service invoicing based on a commission plan linked to lead conversion. Attractive earnings based on results.
Work Location:
Ideally based in Brabant Wallon. Travel may be required to meet prospects. Office located in Wavre (Zoning Nord).
