As a Customer Service Professional, you will join our ambitious and dedicated Sales Operations Team. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for devising and developing offers which will lead to sustainable daylight and ventilation solutions for our customers. In this role, you will report to the Sales Operations Manager for Belgium, and you will be based at our office in Wavre.
Your primary tasks include:
1. Advising (potential) customers about our product range and ensuring that these customers are provided the right product solution and associated technical information.
2. Devising and developing offers.
3. Handling orders that come in through the dealers – you will guide the process from order to delivery.
You work effectively both on your own and with colleagues to achieve company targets and goals. You see opportunities and solutions where others may see problems. You are change-oriented and see the benefit in doing things differently to achieve goals.
In addition, we expect that you:
1. Have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in a Back Office role.
2. Are customer- and result-oriented – you build and maintain long-term partnerships.
3. Are accurate and work in a structured manner.
4. Have the ability to work with predefined objectives and measures, ensuring accountability and meeting goals.
5. Are familiar with Microsoft Office and have experience with CRM systems.
6. Are bilingual in French and Dutch and have a good command of the English language.
7. Have an affinity for technical products; a technical bachelor’s degree is a plus.
