We are looking for a Sales & Product Manager Agricultural & Environmental Solution, with an existing customer portfolio located in Belgium and The Netherlands.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Sales & Product Manager, you bring a strong commercial drive, problem-solving skills, and a business development mindset to drive growth in both established and emerging applications within Agricultural & Environmental Solutions. Building on our core strengths in the Crop Protection market, with robust technical expertise and formulation support, you will also lead efforts to expand into newer markets and technologies, including Seed Enhancement, Biostimulants and industry-associated biotechnological processes.
In this role, you’ll proactively identify and pursue opportunities with current and prospective customers, aligning business development initiatives with both internal objectives and evolving market demands. Working closely with the entire Azelis network, you’ll foster deeper customer and supplier engagement, enhancing profitability and performance across your region. With a genuine interest in discovering new product specialties and/or technologies, you’ll design strategic approaches to help our customers expand their market share.
This role is ideal for someone who pushes boundaries to achieve organic growth and profitability, is driven to provide innovative solutions, and is dedicated to ensuring the success of both Azelis and our customers.
WHO YOU ARE
1. You have technical product knowledge acquired by education or experience. A technical affinity and interest is key. Experience with biostimulants/biotechnology is an asset;
2. You have a commercial drive and business development mindset, along with an ambition towards full understanding of customer and market requirements;
3. You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and flexible, with the ability to work independently;
4. You work in a structured and accurate manner, maintaining quality reporting in CRM;
5. You effectively manage a diverse portfolio of projects simultaneously;
6. We have offices in Merelbeke (BE) and Nijkerk (NL). You are willing to travel to the other offices in EMEA on an occasional basis, depending on the needs of the business and team.
