As the Administration Coordinator, your tasks will be to:
* Follow-up on the Operations/ Planning Project processes of the team (advertisement planning)
* Collect data, documents and agreementsfrom different parties
* Complete the administrative procedure and overview the status quo
* Communications & giving updates to other departments on status quo
* Keep an eye on deadlines of the team
* Collaborate with other departments for completion of projects
* Be at the center of the project team
* Professional proficiency in French
* Conversational level in Dutch
* You acquainted a first experience in administration
* You are dynamic, proactive and motivated
* You like to continuously learn and develop yourself
* You are organized and meticulous
* Good communication skills
