As a successful Business Manager - HR Consulting - Flemish Brabant, you will have the following responsibilities:
People Management:
* Propose collective objectives and KPI and translate them into a concrete action plan
* Lead the team, set up priorities and review them if needed
* Coach the team to increase their expertise and motivate them in order to elevate their potential and build a strong team spirit
Business Development:
* Hunting - Develop new businesses by increasing the clients portfolio trough strong and long-lasting customer relationships
* Farming - Maintain good relations with the existing accounts and reinforce the presence of the company in the existing clients
* Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor
Agency Management:
* Develop and implement strategic plans to facilitate business growth
* Oversee the preparation and management of budgets
* Data analysis and reporting on a monthly basis
As a successful Business Manager - HR Consulting- Flemish Brabant, you have the following requirements:
* Master Degree in Business Administration, HR or related fields or equivalent by experiences
* Previous experiences in Sales, preferably in B2B services
* Strong commercial and negotiations skills
* Fluent in Dutch and English with a very good knowledge of French
* A first experience in people management, team leading or team coaching
* You are solutions and results oriented
* You are dynamic and solution oriented
