La Lorraine Bakery Group is running a "Factory of the Future" program within the production & quality domains to support the future ambitions and growth of Llbg.As Business Applications Analyst Quality & Procurement you will shape the process and system landscape within these domains.FunctionYou are member of the IT business applications competence center for quality & procurement.You take the lead on the IT track within the projects in close collaboration with the other track leads and business stakeholders. You manage from A-Z all aspects within the projects to make it a success (project management, blueprint, validation with business, owner IT specifications, development, testing, documentation, training & support key-users)You are in charge of the continuous improvement of the business processes and systems in your domain. You analyze the needs and demands of key users and you organize this information in an action plan with proposals for solution. You implement the solutions and changes within the IT application in line with our La Lorraine best practice model.You manage the support of the business key users in collaboration with the central support business application analystYou are in charge of the documentation of the processes and systems in the interactive IT knowledge platform.You are able to keep the knowhow in the community secured and reinforced by giving trainings and updating the documentationYou build a strong relation with the business stakeholdersYou can also take part in projects or changes outside these domains (for example warehouse, supply chain, ...)You will work mostly from Ninove (Llbg headquarters) and Haaltert (Frozen BU HQ) and report to the Business Applications Manager for Plant Operations. You are part of the corporate IT team.Your profileYou have a Master's degree or equivalent by experience.You have proven experience in ERP projects, processes & systems from an IT or business key-user role.
