To support its further international growth and pursuit of product leadership, La Lorraine Bakery Group is looking for an S & OP Manager.
As Business Unit Frozen International S&OP Manager you will play a vital role Leading our Planning community, ensuring the right Planning processes are in place, building strong partnership with key stakeholders. S&OP team acts as bridge between business and operations teams and is responsible for seamless business planning, this role involves driving critical decisions with cross functional teams and senior leadership therefore demands: strong program management skills along-with an ability to drive data driven discussions. S&OP Manager Frozen BU: Responsible for defining, executing & continuously improving Monthly International S&OP Process.
* The role is part of Frozen International Supply Chain team. The person will work closely with local organizations and cross-functional teams including category, commercial and controlling teams.
* The role will drive and contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes with impact on KPIs such forecast accuracy & bias.
Overall, the person is also assuming the domain lead in planning.
* Consolidates monthly S&OP Files/ Prepares monthly S&OP Report.
* Facilitates S&OP Supply Planning Meetings and participate necessary S&OP Reviews.
* Prepares Processes & Internal policies on Supply Planning, local Capacity Modeling, safety stock policy.
* Follow-up Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to meet service levels in local organizations/ Reports on weekly SL Frozen.
* Closely coordinates with Category & Commercial teams, consolidates inputs and translates information into specific scenarios as for proactive discussion & timely decision making.
* Follow up stock turnover, expire risks & aging BU Frozen level. Initiates timely & proactive actions.
* Builds the base for BU Frozen Capacity Masterplan on the supply network, including supply constraints management and proposing potential scenarios. Sits in the world between Commercial and Manufacturing understanding the BU requirements and the plants capabilities, creating scenarios as inputs into the S&OP process.
* Leads Annual Capacity Allocation Exercise in close cooperation with BU Frozen Budget Lead.
* Assists in the Long-Range Planning (LRP) Exercise 5+5 years/ Supplies critical input/to the Masterplan Exercise.
* Leads planning process related improvement initiatives as Project Manager.
* Drives continuous improvement initiatives in planning domain.
* You have a university degree + relevant training in Supply Chain/ Planning minimum 7 years
* Experience in S&OP Process as part of Supply and Demand Planning and similar activities in an international environment is, preferably in a Central support role (fmcg, food, beverages).
* Strong collaboration skills with different domains is a must have.
* Extensive spreadsheet analysis and experience in scenario development.
* Excellent communication, presentation skills, across all functions & levels is required.
* Must be analytical and understand KPI's and metrics.
* Project management experience at international level. You are prepared to spend 10% of your time travelling to the international manufacturing. sites in the Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Turkey, etc.
* Experience in Controlling (sales controlling) could be very helpful. Knowledge of PowerBI, SAP, Excel and Powerpoint is an asset.
* Effective time management and planning result oriented.
