About the Role
As IT Support & Data Analyst at our European headquarters, you will be part of our IT Team under the supervision of our Senior IT Officer. You will work closely with various departments, particularly with the Customer Service Manager, our Salesforce expert.
Key Responsibilities:
* User Support: Provide technical support to users for Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce CRM, Mercator, and hardware (e.g., PCs, printers, scanners).
* Report Creation: Design and maintain reports for various departments using Mercator (SQL language), Salesforce, Bob50, and Microsoft Excel.
* Monitoring and Follow-Up: Regularly review and ensure data backups and synchronization processes, user access rights and permissions, and accuracy and consistency of user data.
* Project Involvement: Actively support IT projects, such as implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS), deployment of a Business Intelligence (BI) system, cloud data migration, document management system, and preparation and eventual migration to SAP.
* Data Analysis: Support other departments with data analysis and insights, helping to leverage data for better decision-making and campaign performance, especially Marketing & Sales.
Requirements:
* Technical Skills:
o Experience with SQL and database management
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems
o Familiarity with Salesforce and/or comparable CRM platforms
o Understanding of cloud technology and data migration processes
* Soft Skills:
o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
o Effective communication and teamwork
o Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines
* Education and Experience:
o Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
o Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
* Languages:
o Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal. German & Luxembourgish would be an asset, as any other European language.
