Mohawk Group is a leading global manufacturer of innovative flooring solutions, and we’re growing fast. To expand our success in the EMEA market, we’re looking for a Global Account Manager to take our sales strategy to the next level.
Your Role:
As a Global Enterprise Account Manager, you will drive revenue growth by building long-term relationships with major enterprise customers across EMEA. You’ll understand their challenges, spot opportunities, and position Mohawk Group as their trusted partner.
What You’ll Do:
1. Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at global enterprise clients.
2. Understand customer needs and strategic priorities.
3. Lead complex, high-value sales processes from start to finish.
4. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
5. Identify new business opportunities and drive expansion within existing accounts.
Who are you?
6. Industry Expertise & Sales Excellence – You have experience selling interior products and/or working in a B2B environment, ideally in a specification role. You thrive in long-term project sales cycles and know how to navigate complex deals.
7. Proven Business Development Success – You’re a results-driven professional with a strong track record in growing existing customers and winning new business. You excel in target-driven, field-based sales roles.
8. Entrepreneurial Mindse t – Highly motivated, dynamic, and autonomous, you take ownership of your business with a structured methodology and constant focus on results. You see opportunities where others don’t.
9. Relationship Builder – A natural networker, you’re comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, identifying key decision-makers, and building long-lasting partnerships.
