Your Role
You will be joining our team of experts and take ownership of delivering excellent performance in all the Transport activities assigned to you. The main mission of the Transport team is to satisfy the customer’s need and ensure Time in Full shipments in close collaboration with the Customer Service warehouse and the Supply chain departments. You will focus on freight bill auditing and carrier performance management. This is to secure the day-to-day activities and ensure that targets are met.
Your Responsibilities
* Freight bill auditing: audit freight invoices, create monthly transport invoices to customers, manage freight cost claims, manage freight cost approval and payment, follow-up profitability, and manage rate cards in TMS;
* Event management: follow-up shipment status transmission, handle event notification, manage and keep reason codings in system/reporting up-to-date, exception management, ensure proactive communication & proactive solutions;
* Transport analysis: analyze the different transport flows to identify potential improvements, and keep track of developments within the transport market (Market intelligence) Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including warehouse staff, procurement, and customer service teams, to streamline operations and improve supply chain efficiency;
* Problem Solving: Address any logistical challenges, such as delays, traffic issues, or equipment breakdowns, by implementing quick and effective solutions.
Your Skills and Experiences
* Proven experience as a Transport Planner, Logistics Coordinator, or similar role;
* Strong knowledge of route planning, scheduling, and transportation software (e.g., TMS);
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
* Knowledge of transport regulations and compliance standards;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and logistics software;
* Team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer service;
* 2 years of relevant experience in Freight bill auditing, Carrier performance management, advanced knowledge of Transport management and analysis;
* Fluent English is required.
