Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line support for international breakdowns, addressing customer concerns and issues.
* Maintain regular communication with dealers and customers to ensure transparency and progress updates.
* Collaborate with a dedicated team committed to delivering top-notch customer service 24/7.
Requirements:
* Fluency in English, Czech, and another Eastern European language (Lithuanian or Polish) at a minimum B2 level.
* Bachelor's degree thinking level.
* Flexible work hours: ability to adapt to varying schedules and work from home policies.
* Driving license B: must be able to commute independently to the company.
