B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new Quality Engineer in our aeronautics team.
As a Quality Engineer at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation.
Your responsibilities :
* You manage customer complaints after delivery,
* You coordinates all activities related to a customer complaint (processing, definition of responsibility, quality survey such as 9S, 8D, QRQC or similar)
* You conducts customer audits and evaluations,
* You performs internal product audits,
* You manage project quality deliverables and follow-up on customer requirements,
* You are responsible for the customer quality report,
* You manage the customer satisfaction review,
Your profile :
* You have a bachelor's or master's degree in quality,
* You have at least one experience in the aero sector (aerospace and aeronautics),
* You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial environment,
* You have a strong ability to communicate,
* You have a good knowledge with the quality tools as 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA, control/monitoring plan, First Article Inspection…
* You are familiar with the EN9100 and the EASA PART 21G standard.
* Fluency in English is required,
