For our customer Supremo NV, active in the coffee industry and situated in Bruges, we are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist.
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will ensure the smooth delivery of coffee from its origin to the customer, meeting deadlines while maintaining the highest level of service, managing all the logistical services.
* Service customers with the highest standards of timing and communication,
* Proactively inform customers of delays, propose solutions, and manage related documentation,
* Coordinate shipments by providing instructions to suppliers, forwarders and shipping lines,
* Ensure all necessary documents reach customers on time,
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and service providers,
* Manage administration related to various certifications such as RA, FT & Organic,
* Lead projects and participate in cross-functional expert teams.
Job Requirements
* You have at least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transport planning, supply chain management,
* Strong knowledge of Incoterms, container shipments and stock management is essential,
* You possess strong communication and organisational skills,
* You are a teamplayer,
* You are punctual and can prioritise workload, accurate & have eye for details,
* You stay calm under pressure,
* You speak fluently English, French and Spanish.
