We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for Kitchen Aid.
Mixing dough for your delicious cake, boiling water to prepare your five-star dish or brewing your tasty coffee every morning: it takes good working kitchen equipment.
KitchenAid aims to make a difference for every master chef among us, but cannot do this alone. It is therefore looking for a Finnish- speaking ‘sous-chef’ to support chefs from a distance. Providing customers with advice tailored to their needs.
Do you also believe it is important not to be left alone on your kitchen island? And do you think you know how to help through various communication channels (calling, writing, texting, emailing)? Then we might be looking for you!

Who are we looking for?
1. Your first language is Finnish
2. You speak English for internal communication and training purposes
3. You are available from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm
4. You are an active listener
5. You can deal with stress and enjoy working in a team
6. You have computer skills
