At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an IT Service Manager to join our UniQue team.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of IT professionals, fostering a high-performance culture with a strong emphasis on engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Oversee the entire IT service management lifecycle, ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices. Manage incidents, service requests, changes, and problem resolution to maintain optimal service availability and quality.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of IT services with the institution’s business objectives.
* Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources effectively, and resolve any challenges that arise during project execution.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), service-level agreements (SLAs), and team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating emerging technologies and tools (including uniFLOW) and recommending enhancements to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.
* Ensure IT services comply with relevant security policies, industry best practices, and institutional regulations.
Requirements
What will you be bringing to the team?
* Bachelor Degree in related field with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
* Proven experience leading IT service teams, preferably in complex and high-security environments such as governmental or international institutions.
* Strong expertise in ITIL frameworks, IT service management, and delivery best practices.
* Hands-on experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) and leading cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with print management systems such as uniFLOW (Canon) or similar solutions is a plus.
* Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and IT service management tools.
* Training & Certifications (mandatory):
o ITIL Foundation certification (Intermediate or Advanced ITIL certification is a plus).
o Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
* A very good level of written and spoken English is required (minimum B2).
