Description:
MAIN DUTIES
* Providing general assistance on members administration including: pending reminders, encoding fees, reports, queries, updates, corrections of invoices, preparation and attendance of the General Assembly, preparation and manning of the Premium lounge during some Summits ;
* Following up the weekly payment reports with changes of status, unblocking the services, vouchers ;
* Sending certificates and welcome packs to new members ;
* Supporting the Advertising and Sales Manager with publications-related tasks (follow-up of publications);
* Supporting with Correspondence (typing of minutes, minor translations, templates);
* Updating the database;
* Encoding and following up debt collector files;
* Following up lost contacts upon returned postal mailings;
* Scanning of documents and archiving;
* Treating requests from members and colleagues, including from the members hotline and the membership mail box;
* Bringing occasional administrative support to the Head of Membership Development including mostly the internal expense reports;
* Fulfilling his/her responsibilities and tasks according to the values of the company.

PROFILE
* Excellent written and spoken English, other languages are an asset;
* Happy to give support to a team and to members;
* Very well-organised, rigorous and at ease with numbers (follow up of invoices, payments etc.);
* Service oriented;
* IT literate;
* Quick learner;
* Sense of initiative, proactive, problems solving attitude;
