Plan and organize projects from tendering to delivery, coordinating with clients, design offices, and engineering firms as needed.

Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Facilitate communication between project managers, clients, and suppliers.

Approximately 10 years of operational or managerial experience in a general construction company.

Degree in industrial or civil engineering.

In-depth knowledge of the construction sector and experience in managing and executing construction works.

Strong leadership and coaching abilities, capable of operating at all organizational levels.

Proven negotiation and persuasion skills with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Ideally bilingual in Dutch and French.
