As the Administration / Project Coordinator, you can expect the following tasks:
* Organize and follow-up international meetings
* Prepare meeting materials for the project managers (PowerPoints, documents, etc.)
* Taking minutes and create necessary documentation (letter templates, meeting notes reports, etc.)
* Provide support in managing third parties relationships
* Travel arrangements (preparation visas, hotels, transport, logistics, etc.)
* Follow-up of invoices & orders
* Support with event organization (meetings, trainings, networking events, etc.)
* 2-3 years' experience in an administrative role
* Professional proficiency in French & English (both written & spoken)
* Ability to multitask, work autonomously but also be a strong team member
* Good competences with MSOffice (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
* Strong organizational skills
