* follow-up of shipments availability;monthly insurance declaration;
* preparation of payments;
* Request missing incoming invoices and follow up.
* Archiving finished files,
* keeping records up to date of Archived Files,
* organizing destruction when required
Profiel
Bachelor degree in logistics or international trade preferred, with a minimum of 1 years experience in supply chain
Preferably knowledge of international trade techniques and regulations (ex: Incoterms) – experience with export regulations is an asset
Computer Literate
Fluent in English, other European language is an asset
Knowledge of SAP
