Let’s shape it together.Job DescriptionAs part of our multi-competency 2nd and 3rd Level Support Team, you will provide Managed Services for clients across Finance & Banking, Government & Public Sector, and Industry Markets. Your responsibilities will include Oracle database administration, software installation, patching, hot-fixing, scripting and automation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. You will adhere to ITILv3 practices for incident management and troubleshooting, investigating database performance, and providing tuning, storage, and backup optimization advice.Your expertise will be crucial in implementing, managing, and enhancing availability schemes and recovery plans.
