We have a new and exciting vacancy for a Commercial Director BELUX to come join and lead our teams.
You will be responsible for leading all aspects of Le Creuset's BeLux commercial activities, including Retail, Wholesales & B2B.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage, lead, inspire, and motivate teams to achieve targets, add value, and achieve high standards of customer service. Contribute to creating a culture where colleagues own and take pride in their own performance.
* Own, understand, and analyze commercial and financial data to deliver targeted increases in market share, brand awareness, footfall, sales, and profitability in line with the overall commercial strategy.
* Develop accurate and accountable business plans on all key deliverables, time frames, and budgetary requirements, outlining stretching but achievable sales forecasts that will deliver company commercial objectives.
* Develop and mentor employees, encouraging personal development and enhancement of skill levels, ensuring that performance enhancement, training, and development take place where appropriate across all teams, utilizing HR functional support and strategic best practices.
Knowledge Required
* A proven track record of successful business leadership within a multi-disciplined organization, ideally with previous “premium” exposure.
* Excellent relationship-building and management skills based on in-depth knowledge and past commercial experience to build both internal and external relationships across Belgium.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital to prepare proposals, present ideas, and convince others of ways to enhance business performance and profitable growth through increased market share.
* Experience of successfully leading and managing change, translating organizational ambitions into real and measurable achievements.
Skills & Qualifications
* Relevant professional qualifications in Sales, Economics, or Business Administration.
* Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills.
* Able to plan strategically, build consensus, and project the Company’s vision.
* Able to work cross-functionally and within a matrix organization.
* Able to provide visible and supportive leadership and to foster a positive work environment through empowering, enabling, motivating, and developing others.
* Able to identify commercial opportunities and realize potential.
* Fluent in English, French, and Dutch.
Other Information
The position will require regular travel within the countries as well as other parts of the wider Le Creuset business when required, which means staying away from home.
Please note our offices are based in Antwerp.
