Job Description:
Shapes the J&J MedTech value proposition of tomorrow through the right (digital) solutions, services and products. Drives development of the right pricing and tenders strategies and the execution of these strategies. Develops an organization with the right capabilities to support our sales & marketing organization in order to create a high performing team in the ever-changing environment. Responsibilities:
* For the MedTech businesses, ensure short and long-term strategic plans are developed working in collaboration with internal partners as required.
* Shape the external environment by developing deep customer insights & relationships with key hospital accounts, clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to shape the functional strategy to deliver business objectives for MedTech.
* Leverage market insights and data to create focused go-to-market models and innovative solutions that optimize stakeholder value (leveraging value-based healthcare principles) and drive sales growth.
* Design and implement the business strategy in collaboration with MedTech Leadership Team, Global & regional stakeholders. Ensure the right resource allocations on capabilities, skills and talent as well as deliver against BP targets to optimize growth and win in the marketplace.
* Lead the team to create a high performing, agile and customer-focused organization. Develop a robust pipeline of diverse leaders with skills to succeed in a complex and dynamic marketplace and champion initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace environment and highly engaged workforce.
* Drive adoption of key processes and practices throughout the business, including best practice use of the customer relationship management system.
* Lead to enhance commercial effectiveness through strong governance, effective business processes, transparent communication, and establishing consistent terminology and approaches across multiple franchises.
* Capture trends in digital, data and AI and translate to relevant applications for J&J MedTech.
* Design innovative (digital) healthcare solutions, technologies, and services (including environmental sustainability).
* Understand, in depth, the needs of the different stakeholders in the healthcare environment.
* Build a clear value proposition and be accountable for flawless execution by the organization.
* Build a strong tender capability which pro-actively develops the needs of our customers and translates them into the right tender.
