As a Recruitment Consultant at Page Personnel, you will have the chance to :

* In consultation with the Business Manager, you will set priorities;
* Draw up job descriptions;
* Optimising recruitment strategy;
* Proactively making recommendations;
* Organising and attending trade shows and recruitment events;
* As Talent Acquisition Partner, you are the first point of contact for prospective consultants and, as such, the first image of the company.
The qualities and skills required for the position of Recruitment Cosultant are :
* You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent through experience;
* You are fluent in French, Dutch and English
* You are communicatively strong;
* You are stress-resistant and have great perseverance, challenges do not scare you;
* You are independent and can set your own priorities, but you are also a team player with a focus on the interests of the organisation and your team ;
* You like to take initiative and have an analytical mindset.
