Your Role
As a Scrum Master, you will lead the Agile transformation within the Marketing & Communications department, driving process improvements and fostering collaboration across multiple squads.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive change and agility across squads and clusters.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies at both squad and cluster levels.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders.
* Promote an Agile culture and coach teams in Agile values and practices.
* Guide team dynamics and ensure smooth collaboration within the squads.
Your Profile
Education:
* Master’s degree
Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years as a Scrum Master in a transformation context
* Proven coaching experience in Agile values
* Process improvement experience in complex banking environments
* Familiarity with Marketing & Communications projects
* Knowledge of IT projects, tools, and applications
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in Agile backlog tools (e.g., Wrike)
* Knowledge of Adobe Campaign (preferable)
Business Skills:
* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Effective communication and presentation abilities
* Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Encourages knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration
Soft Skills:
* Strong communicator and diplomatic leader
* Client-focused with a proactive mindset
* Able to work independently and manage stress effectively
* Detail-oriented with a quality-driven approach
Languages:
* French, Dutch, and English (professional proficiency required)
Work Setup:
* 50% on-site / 50% remote (based on squad/cluster needs)
