The Business Developer/Solution Advisor is responsible for showcasing and selling packaged ERP solutions to clients in specific business sectors. His/her focus is on business development, understanding customer needs/requirements as well as designing the best solutions for them.
Your Mission
As a Business Developer/Solution Advisor:
* Responsible for providing expertise in defining and selling ERP solutions. Involved from an early stage of pre-sales, you will be a member of the team that leads the client through to successful understanding of need and delivery of the solutions.
* Provide industry and solution leadership at every stage and act as a trusted advisor to the Development Team to build solutions that can be packaged and deployed.
* Conduct proposal reviews and lead pre-sales workshops.
* Ensure that the development activities are optimized according to the business objectives.
* Focus on solution design, project planning, as well as business development activities.
* Lead the full sales cycle: Meet with clients and actively extend your network of SME companies through networking, events, and a well-defined sales strategy.
* Prepare and deliver feature demos.
* Negotiate and contract.
* Maintain a trustful and strong relationship with clients.
Requirements
* We are mainly looking for a talent with a Master's degree from business schools, engineering, or universities with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and proposition of ERP solutions with the following requirements:
* A validated experience with ODOO solutions OR one or more ERP solutions (Salesforce, Sage, SAP, Hubspot, etc.).
* Master in Product demo.
* A deep understanding of ERP solutions from a functional and implementation perspective.
* Strong business development acumen.
* Fluency in both French and English.
* High motivation and flexibility, with the ability to adapt and work autonomously.
* Rigor, integrity, creativity, team spirit, and analytical skills are essential assets to succeed.
* Excellent communication skills (speaking, writing, listening).
* Ability to challenge conventional thought and come up with innovative solutions.
* Willingness to travel to the customer workplace.
