One of our client is looking for is new Management Assistant.
- Proactively manage agendas and organise meetings according to priorities
- Receiving written and telephone enquiries, filtering and processing the necessary information or passing it on to the relevant people
- Handling incoming mail, forwarding standard correspondence and proposing solutions for non-standard correspondence
- Drawing up documents on the basis of notes, instructions or following participation in meetings
- Preparing reports and files with research of necessary information
- Managing doctors' files and the medical HR database in conjunction with other departments
- Participate in Medical Directorate meetings and provide administrative support
- Bachelor in secretariat or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years' experience in executive secretarial work
- Bilingualism NL/FR essential
- Current computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Rigurous, confidentiality, stress resistance, autonomous and discreet
- Professional presentation
- Team spirit combined with a sense of initiative and responsibility
