We are looking for a Transversal Supply Planner who is dynamic, analytical, and proactive to join our team, based in our campus in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.
About the Role
As a Transversal Supply Planner, you will manage supply chain operations for drug products and substances, ensuring timely production and seamless operations. You will be responsible for supply planning management, supply performance management, capacity management, supply strategy execution, and leading launches of new products. You will coordinate with various internal functions to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Who You Will Work With
You will collaborate with a dynamic and dedicated team, committed to the success of our internal manufacturing operations and the continuous improvement of processes. Together, you will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies. You will also interact with suppliers and other UCB sites to ensure timely production and delivery.
What You Will Do
1. You create and maintain a transversal view of planning/volume across all Braine Manufacturing buildings.
2. You secure capacity and planning consistency between buildings.
3. You follow up on product launch activities, from finished goods activation to production.
4. You prepare volume conversions for budget/capacity requests and run scenarios.
5. You ensure readiness of all supported documents for SIOP monthly cycle.
6. You act as the SPOC for any 10 years planning simulation related to Braine Internal Manufacturing (BIM) products.
Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:
1. Master's degree in Supply Chain or equivalent by experience.
2. At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry (GXP environment).
3. Strong understanding of supply chain processes (APICs certification is a plus) and operational excellence.
4. Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems, Excel, and reporting tools.
5. Analytical, KPI-driven, and clear communicator in French and English.
6. You demonstrate strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
7. You are agile in detecting potential issues and propose creative solutions.
