We are looking for a Facility officer profile, who will join a fast-growing company specialising in banking services. He will play a key role in maintenance and site visits related problems for the Walloon region.

Your tasks and responsibilities?
5. Supervise remote and on-site maintenance (not afraid of having a hands-on mentality and taking care yourself of some technical problems ).
6. Tactical and operational analysis of all processes regarding facilities operations .
7. Monitor and upgrade maintenance processes + softs services (cleaning, security,…)
8. Manage sometimes new site construction and fit-out/repair projects.
9. C ommunicate with various subcontractors and manage quotations.
Ideal profile ?
10. English/French + knowledge of Dutch would be a great asset .
11. Mastery of HVAC, safety, prevention and facility management/security.
12. At least 6 years’ experience in facilities management.
13. Engineering degree / special technics education or background as technician would be an asset .
14. Valid driver’s license
