Job Title: Desktop Support Technician
Activities Description:
1. IT support on-site, including configuration or installation of computers, printers, and peripherals.
2. Provide “Smart Hands” support to network infrastructure, collaborating with remote network administrators.
3. Manage tickets in the ServiceNow system.
4. Replace end-user or network hardware as per defined lifecycle.
5. Manage IT assets (end-user or network hardware in storage room).
6. Dispose of hardware according to established procedures.
7. Provide attention to final users, including VIPs.
Language Requirements: Local language + English
Additional Requirements: Work permit / Permanent residency / Citizenship required.
