We're partnered with an ambitious start-up, developing a SaaS healthcare application - they're seeking a Lead Full-Stack Developer to join their growing team.
This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful societal impact through advanced digital tools designed to improve lives. This is done via the use of a variety of modern technologies such as VR, AI integration, and mobile/web applications.
You will play a pivotal role in leading technical development across multiple domains. This position involves high-level system design, hands-on coding, and strategic decision-making to bring their projects to life.
Responsibilities:
* Spearhead full-stack development initiatives, encompassing both frontend and backend systems.
* Define and implement system architecture, including APIs and communication protocols.
* Develop modern web (and mobile) applications using technologies such as React (& React Native), Angular, or Vue.js.
* Manage backend infrastructure with expertise in Node.js or Nest.js.
* Collaborate on AI and cybersecurity enhancements for emerging projects.
* Work independently, leading projects from concept to deployment, and mentor junior team members.
* Apply cloud-based solutions and DevOps practices to ensure scalability and performance.
Your Profile:
* Demonstrated experience in full-stack development with a startup or agile mindset.
* Strong proficiency in both web and mobile technologies.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to innovate under evolving challenges.
* Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
* Familiarity with AI or cybersecurity tools is advantageous.
* Fluency in French is required.
