Administrative Assistant/Event Coordinator Needed
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant/event coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our Client Relationship Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage calendars, prioritize tasks, and ensure efficient use of time for CRM's.
* Screen calls and mail, develop working relationships with clients, and maintain active communication.
* Welcome visitors, coordinate room reservations, and handle logistics.
* Maintain filing systems, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and prepare presentations.
* Manage client databases, including creation, updates, and authorization procedures.
Back Office Duties:
* Coordinate bank account openings and financial orders/investments.
* Prepare dashboards, reports, and studies.
Event Coordination:
* Coordinate room reservations, events, and logistics.
* Send invitations, manage participant lists, and attend events.
* Manage client databases for event creation and follow-up.
Requirements:
* Ideal candidate: secretarial degree/certificate, 5+ years of progressive experience (preferably in professional services).
* Excellent Dutch, good French, and English language skills.
* Superior administrative, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work under occasional stress and meet deadlines.
