Job Description:
As an Inside Sales Officer, you look for new commercial opportunities, using all your powers of persuasion and enthusiasm.
You actively approach our (potential) customers by phone and follow up on incoming leads. This way, you build a strong relationship with our customers, understanding their needs and offering solutions that match their expectations.
* You contact existing and new B2B customers to guide them towards the added value of our software products and services for their business.
* You actively listen to your customers, enabling you to assess their needs and offer the appropriate solution.
* You log all customer interactions into our CRM system.
* Thanks to your sales mentality, you close deals and ensure correct administrative follow-up afterwards.
* You are a customer expert and always have an advisory role in your contacts with your customers.
* To do this, you constantly stay informed about product knowledge and market trends.
Your Profile:
* You have a strong commercial insight and can actively listen to the customer.
* You have at least 2 years of relevant sales experience, e.g. as a field sales representative or inside sales B2B.
* Experience with software products is a plus.
* Thanks to your persuasiveness and excellent communication skills, you succeed in achieving sales targets and results.
* In addition, you are easy-going, sociable and assertive.
* You are eager to learn and can easily cope with change.
* You can work autonomously as well as in a team.
* You are fluent in Dutch and French. You have a good knowledge of English.
